Van Line. Working with our van line partners, EventMover offers a variety of specialized transportation services. For event-related moves, we work with drivers who are keenly aware of check-in procedures, weight tickets and venue protocol to ensure a smooth and timely move both in and out of the venue. We communicate directly with our drivers in order to review instructions and determine the status of your shipment en route. EventMover also offers related services including pad wrapping, inventorying, loading, securing and unloading. Our van line partners maintain truckload fleets for large, crated shipments, and can also store your cargo on trailers between events to minimize handling.

Refrigerated. For perishable commodities, EventMover can arrange transportation via refrigerated trailer. Offering the most reliable, modern refrigeration technologies available, our carrier partners have the equipment and expertise to ensure the integrity, safety and security of your temperature sensitive cargo.

Climate-Controlled. Some commodities require both temperature and humidity control. Utilizing trailers equipped with state of the art climate control technology, our carriers monitor and control conditions to ensure that your cargo is exposed to only favorable elements.

Flatbed. Not everything fits in an enclosed trailer. Whether you are moving a shipping container, heavy construction equipment, or simply a large, awkward load, our EventMover carriers offer flatbed, extendible flatbed, doubledrop and stepdeck trailers to meet your needs. Flatbed services are available for both full and partial loads, as well as oversize and overweight shipments.

Food Grade. EventMover can arrange the transport of bulk food grade products, both liquid and dry, via sanitary, food grade tank trucks. Our shipping partners offer fully insulated tankers equipped with state of the art tracking and communication capabilities to ensure safe and timely delivery.
