To that end, our experts will assist you with your budgetary planning and estimating, as well as auditing and review of your final invoices and statements. We make the calls necessary to request any explanations and adjustments, and present you with a final invoice that is clear and concise.

VIP Motor Coach
Throughout the years we have learned that an on-site presence is often not a luxury, but a critical element in managing a show, exhibit, special event or installation. Addressing our own needs, we are now the proud owners of a 42′ premier motor coach that is available to meet the special needs of our clients. Whether you need a talent green room, a VIP lounge or a command central, you can do it in style. The coach can be transported for use anywhere in the continental U.S., comfortably sleeps 4 and will host as many as 8 for meetings or on-site lounging. All kitchen, bath and bedding items are included, and we can even provide a driver if required.
